ABOUTFor as long as I can remember, I’ve always had a passion for creating and innovating. With an engineering degree and a decade in The British Army’s Parachute Regiment, I’ve now transitioned to a career in financial services, mainly focussing on systems and product design. As a certified innovation facilitator, I’ve also worked with a variety of clients ranging from large multi-national organisations to budding start-ups. In 2024, I co-founded Inso with my business partner Alex to help leaders and founders embrace innovation and change, turning great ideas into tried and tested solutions.
