Yesterday I had the pleasure of running an INSO • Innovation. Solved. session with the team at Sure - and it was a brilliant one. From the first minute, the room was full of openness, constructive challenge, and fresh thinking. We unpacked real opportunities, went deeper than surface-level ideas, and arrived at solution-led directions with genuine potential. Huge credit to Sophie and the rest of the Sure team for bringing curiosity, honesty, and a willingness to explore new possibilities. That energy is exactly what makes workshops like this powerful and productive.
