Innovation accelerates when every voice is heard - and BMATT CZ proved it.

The British Military Advisory Training Team Czech Republic (BMATT CZ) workshop marked a pivotal moment of clarity, alignment, and strategic innovation under the leadership of incoming Commanding Officer Colonel Paul Morris. Dan facilitated a full-day innovation sprint that brought the entire team together - not just as professionals, but as contributors to the mission’s future direction. Every individual had a voice. Every insight mattered. And what emerged was nothing short of transformative. Across the session, the team: -Critically examined their current activities -Identified operational gaps -Surface untapped internal knowledge -And collaboratively developed the framework for a brand-new trial course That course has since been successfully tested across Central and Eastern Europe - and is now embedded into BMATT’s core curriculum. Colonel Morris praised the sprint’s outputs as exceeding expectations, delivered with professionalism, structure, and collegiality, and helping build both strategy and confidence across the organisation.
