Build skills people use.In the work that matters.

The format
Individual sessions, cohort or department programmes, video pathways and blended learning.
The people
A defined audience with a specific skill, judgement or shared method to develop.

They completed the course. What changed at work?

Generic content leaves people to translate theory into their own roles. We begin with the judgement or behaviour that needs to change, then build realistic practice and manager reinforcement around it.

What you leave with

  1. A role-relevant capability brief
  2. A practical learning pathway
  3. Exercises and reusable materials
  4. A manager reinforcement guide

How it works.

  1. Name the behaviour.

Define what people need to handle differently and where that matters in their work.

  2. Practise with real situations.

Build teaching, application and feedback around the audience and its responsibilities.

  3. Help the learning travel.

Equip managers and leave reusable tools in the agreed learning environment.

A good fit when

You can identify where the skill matters and give people opportunities to apply it after the session.

What we agree together

Attendance is not proof of changed behaviour. Hosting, accreditation, production standards, ownership and technical implementation are agreed in scope.

Learning through the companies they were building.

In practice · EnSpire Oxford

More than 50 founders completed seven weeks of practical company-building in 2025, co-led with Innovation Network and the University of Oxford. The programme combined teaching with application. This was a founder programme, rather than an internal staff programme.

Common questions.

Which skills can the work cover?

Current subject areas include decision-making, innovation, strategic thinking, AI readiness, alignment and turning ideas into owned action. The pathway starts with the behaviour you need.

Can we use our own learning platform?

Reusable materials can be handed into an agreed learning environment. File formats, accessibility, ownership and platform implementation are scoped before production.
