The question.
The British Military Advisory Training Team Czech Republic (BMATT CZ), under incoming Commanding Officer Colonel Paul Morris, needed to align the whole team on its future direction.
What we did.
Dan facilitated a full-day innovation sprint with every member of the team in the room. The team examined its current activities, identified operational gaps and surfaced knowledge already inside the organisation.
Together, they developed the framework for a new trial course. The people who understood the work helped shape the answer and its practical next steps.
A new course, now part of the core curriculum.
The trial course was tested across Central and Eastern Europe and embedded in BMATT’s core curriculum.
