The question.
Peregrine Wealth brought INSO into its Guernsey office’s annual staff conference. The team wanted to challenge its thinking and turn the conversation into useful work.
What we did.
Before the workshop, we asked three questions: did the team want to make change, was it willing to challenge itself, and would it commit the time and resources to act? The willingness to speak openly shaped the session.
The team used the INSO Inspired approach to frame core challenges, explore strategic solutions and work through how those solutions could become practical action.
