The question.

The EnSpire Oxford incubator programme needed to help a large cohort of founders turn uncertain ideas into structured opportunities and stronger pitches.

What we did.

INSO co-led the programme with Innovation Network and the University of Oxford. Each week connected teaching to the companies that participants were building.

Across seven weeks, founders worked on customer need, experimentation, strategy and pitching. A shared structure gave the cohort a clear progression while leaving room for each company’s question.

More than 50 founders. Seven weeks of applied learning.

The cohort completed seven weeks of structured company-building, applying the work to their own ventures as they went.

The approach behind it.
